Problem Note 45646: ARM_STOP always returns GOOD transaction status.
The transaction status parameter for ARM_STOP at the end of a step boundary always reports a status of "GOOD".
A module in the ARM reporting code for Workspace Server ignores the actual status of the transaction and only returns "GOOD", regardless of error.
There are no work-arounds for this problem.
